Virgin Games Release The War of the Worlds Slot

Today sees Virgin Games release the legendary sci-fi classic The War of the Worlds video slot from gaming software provider Ash Gaming.

New to Virgin Casino, this five reel, one hundred line video slot is based on Jeff Wayne's fantastic musical version of The War of the Worlds, and features music and symbols from this theatre production.

One very special aspect of this futuristic slot machine is that each reel is four symbols tall, instead of the usual three. This not only allows for more chances to win but, if you get two wilds anywhere on the same reel, then the wilds expand to cover the whole, four high, reel.

Fighting Machines Bonus
Get three bonus symbols and play the three-staged Fighting Machines bonus: You have three cannons, each aimed at a different fighting machine which is slowly encroaching upon your cannons whilst firing heat rays. Win money for damaging and destroying the machines before they destroy you. Destroy all three enemies and move on to the next stage of the bonus. The three places you need to save from destruction are: Horsell Common; London; The Coast.

If you manage to kill all nine then you will be awarded an additional 500 times your bet wagered.
