| Sky Poker Celebrating Queen’s Diamond Jubilee with £60k Promotion |
Online poker site Sky Poker announced that it was hosting a promotion to celebrate the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee that would see a prize pool of £60,000 up for grabs for players to get their hands on.The promotion kicks off with the £22 buy-in £10k Super Bounty Event on Saturday 2nd June, 2012 at 8pm BST. There will also be a £55 buy-in £2k HU Shuffle tournament starting at 9pm BST on the same day.
The promotion then continues the following day with the £110 buy-in £20k Jubilee Super Roller event at 8pm BST. That tournament is aimed at the high roller players. Sky Poker confirmed that its television channel Sky Poker TV will be showing live coverage of the Jubilee Super Roller event. The Sunday will also see the online poker site host a special Bounty Hunter tournament with a prize pool of £5,000 up for grabs.
Monday 4th June, 2012 sees Sky Poker hosting the £33 buy-in £10k Bounty Hunter event that starts at 8pm BST. There is also the £110 buy-in £4k Bounty Hunter event that starts an hour later at 9pm BST.
The final day of the promotion is Tuesday 5th June, 2012 where Sky Poker will hold the £22 buy-in £5k Open that begins at 8pm BST. This is followed by the £55 buy-in £4k Timed Tournament which has a time limit of 60 minutes and starts at 9pm BST.
A statement from Sky Poker read “So if you are looking forward to the extra couple of days off work, take some time to play poker online in the pokertastic series of events from Sky Poker.”
