Four armed masked men robbed a Puerto Rican casino for $250,000 (£162,000) on less then ten minutes on Monday night.

Staff and gamblers were held at gunpoint in the Gran Melia Golf Resort in San Juan, on the north coast of Puerto Rico on Monday night, and after just ten minutes the robbers walked away with a quarter of a million dollars.

Managing Director Hendrick Santos said: “A lot of people were nervous.

“This is not common. It is not something that we experience with any frequency.”

One robber climbed on a table ordering money to be brought to them, one stuffed the money into bags and the other two kept guard. A fifth man was reported to be waiting outside in a getaway car.

The four masked gunmen were all caught on camera but no arrests have yet been made.
