| Entraction Poker Network Rebranded by IGT |
The International Game Technology (IGT) owned Entraction Poker Network has undergone a rebranding process this week and will now be known as the IGT Poker Network.IGT bought Entraction Holdings in June for approximately $114 million and the online gambling software developer has now taken its first steps to stamp its own mark on the Entraction brand by renaming the poker network.
The Las Vegas-based IGT owns 97.6% of shares in Entraction and the rebranding of the Entraction Poker Network is another stop closer to IGT holding full control over the Entraction brand. The Entraction Poker Network is currently the 14th largest poker network online but this rebranding is anticipated to garner additional interest in the poker network as well as expose it to a new audience.
A statement from IGT confirmed “This is the first show where we will be able to demonstrate the full range of products and services, which our recent acquisition of Entraction has enabled us to do.”
